How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
From the moment we process your order, it will ship within 24 to 72 business hours.
However, at Harmonie Épure, we are committed to shipping 95% of our orders within 24 business hours.
Please note that large, heavy and fragile products such as lighting fixtures will require a shipping time of 8 business days.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
From the time your order is shipped, delivery time will be between 3 and 14 working days for international deliveries. However, in exceptional circumstances and depending on the local carrier, the delivery time could exceed 14 days due to Harmonie Épure's multiple distribution centers.
For orders shipped to the French Overseas Territories, the delivery time will be estimated between 10 and 30 working days.
It is important to note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. In addition, for large, heavy, bulky and fragile products, the delivery time will be extended, and delivery will take place within 4 to 6 weeks from

What will the shipping costs be?
Delivery costs vary depending on the destination address.
For international deliveries, delivery costs are free thanks to the HARMONIE EPURE offer.
For deliveries in the French Overseas Territories, delivery costs are set at €29.99.
However, it is important to note that the cost of returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

What to do if you are absent at the time of home delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, here are the steps to follow:
- If your items are small enough, they will be left in your PO box.
- If the items are too large to be placed in your post office box, the package will be left at the nearest post office or parcel relay. You can collect your package by presenting the slip left in your postal box by the delivery person.
